Hotel Lugano Milan

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and always available, providing excellent customer service. The room was clean and cozy, with daily housekeeping ensuring a comfortable stay. The AC worked perfectly, which was a relief in the warm weather. Additionally, the hotel allowed me to have a very late check-out, accommodating my late flight. the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and the helpfulness of the staff.
