Hotel Lugano Milan

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and always available, providing excellent customer service. The room was clean and cozy, with daily housekeeping ensuring a comfortable stay. The AC worked perfectly, a relief in the warm weather. the hotel allowed me to have a very late check-out, accommodating my late flight. the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and the helpfulness of the staff.

We had a great stay at a hotel that was conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. We were impressed with the facilities and the overall value for the price we paid.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations, particularly in terms of updating the furniture and addressing any issues with water leakage.

I was able to easily stream movies without any interruptions. the hotel's location was fantastic, being just a minute away from the red line metro. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and visit different attractions. The neighborhood was also vibrant, with several shops like supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Lastly, I was pleased to find that there was always warm water for showering, which added to my comfortable stay.

Convenient location near subway and train stations. Quiet rooms with good air-conditioning. Helpful staff, especially in the evenings. Nice terrace with a view. Clean rooms and daily towel changes. Fluent English-speaking staff. Early check-in and checkout available. Good value for the price.
